Our Commitment

Eastminster Christian Preschool (ECP) is an integral part of the Children's Ministry at Eastminster Presbyterian Church.  Should you choose ECP for your child's Preschool experience, we commit to providing your child with a spiritual learning environment.  This will include teaching our young students about Christianity, the power of prayer, and the role Jesus plays in their lives.

Expectations

We have high expectations for the students in our Program.  We expect the students to achieve spiritually and academically to their fullest potential.  We also expect students to learn to contribute in a positive manner.  This includes learning to respect others and make good decisions while also solving age-appropriate problems.

Partnership

Education is a partnership between home and school. We value parent involvement at every level and encourage you to partner with us.

There are many things you can do at home that will help your child at school.  We encourage you to:

∗ Read to your child and allow them to read to you.
∗ Ask your child about school and take an interest in what they are learning.
∗ Make sure they get enough sleep.
∗ Set limits on the amount of screen time (TV, computer) they have.
