The Welcome Team is looking for friendly, helpful folks to join our Greeter Ministry. Serving as a greeter is a great way to meet new people, connect with guests and other Covenant Partners, and serve our Lord as He gathers His flock for worship at Eastminster. If you feel God calling you to join our team of dedicated, Christ-centered greeters, please speak with Welcome Deacons Sara Dilworth, Alison Horton, or Chris Wallace, or send us an email at welcome@epres.org.

The third Saturday is suggested to be set aside by the participants of Suppers of Eight. For those who are not acquainted with this program, it is a wonderful way to meet and get to know other members or visitors. Participants spend one evening in September, October and November with three other couples. Each couple brings one food course to help the host family with the meal. Singles are welcome to sign up also. Contact Reta Frew to join.

This September, Eastminster will host its annual “Express Your Faith Gallery.” For more information on this event and participation, contact Kelly French.

2019 Men’s Conference – Men, registration is open! Join us Saturday morning, August 3 for our 2019 Men’s Conference: The Discipled Leader. When you spend 40 to 80 hours per week at your job, it’s easy to lose perspective. You slide into the false belief that what you do defines you, rather than allowing who you are define what you do. Your calling toward better leadership is a calling toward deeper discipleship. That’s how you become a Discipled Leader. Speaker Preston Poore will be talking with us on developing Christlike character, influencing your culture and changing your world. Conference registration is $20 and increases to $25 on July 22. Visit epres.org/discipled to register!
