— Thank you to all who came out and celebrated the launch of our new mission partnership with Children’s HopeChest in Guatemala! Stephanie Mutert walked us through what our partnership will look like, how we will stay connected with our children, the developments being made in the Monjas community, and how we will visit and serve them in the future. Many of you accepted the call to sponsor last night, and for that we are thankful! However, there are still more children who need sponsors. Please call the church office if you wish to join us in this life changing experience.
If you signed up to sponsor a child, you can access your sponsor portal through our very own HopeChest link: eastminster.hopechest.org!

—  Join us this Wednesday, September 12, for a reception celebrating Greg Hill, and his family during Wednesday Night Dinner! We will also be dedicating our new Baby Grand Piano in the CLC!
—  If you plan to have a booth at this year’s Fall Festival, you need to get your registration submitted early.  We will have up to 15 booths available and they will be assigned on a first come, first served basis; with preference to hand crafted items.  You can register here, and also pick up a form at the church office or email Sally Brentzel.
— Please help the college care team update their list of college students! Whether they are near or far, we would love to send them some caring thoughts and prayers from our Eastminster family. Contact Lisa Preikszas, to ensure that your student is on the list, with the proper address.  Thank you!
—  Are you looking for a fun and easy way to serve our wonderful teachers at Eastminster Preschool? Then become a Prayer Partner/Blessing buddy to intentionally lift up and pray for a specific teacher, staff member, or classroom throughout the school year. We hope to have a Prayer Partner for each of the 25 staff members. Duties include praying and email contact monthly. A great way to get involved with our church and preschool community! If interested, please e-mail JJ Griffin or visit epres.org/eastminster-christian-preschool to complete a survey of interest!
— We are going to replace the landscaping at the entrance of the church with brick pavers and elegant design. Individual pavers can be purchased as a memorial with your family’s name on it. This is the Eagle Project for Christopher Arcuragi. To purchase a memorial brick please contact the church or Christopher Arcuragi outside our services. Purchases can be made in check or cash, and each brick is $100.
