Men’s Ministry

—ANNUAL EPC CRAFTSMEN RETREAT – August 5: Men Hear the Call: Be the Spiritual Leader of Your Home. As spiritual leaders, we should imitate Christ. As men of integrity, we should be focused on the needs and spiritual welfare of our family. However, for many of us, this is an area that we could use much improvement. Some men believe they may make mistakes, or look foolish when trying to lead in prayer or discuss Scripture with their family. And that is understandable. However, it is a role that we must step-up and take on. To help, the Craftsmen Ministry will be hosting an important one-day retreat designed to assist men in creating a Christ-Centered Home. This highly-interact program will consist of speakers who will outline why we must be diligent in living the Fruit of the Sprit in our homes. They also will provide instruction on how to introduce prayer, Bible study, and devotions into your family activities. The retreat will be Saturday, August 5 from 8 am to 2 pm in the Christian Life Center. Breakfast and lunch will be served and there will be no charge for admission. However, registration is required. Please sign up online by visiting http://www.epres.org/men/. You also can obtain more information by contact Steve Hartt at hartts@gmail.com. “But as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.” Joshua 24:15
