March into Missions: You mobilized!

Wow, our church turned inside out last Sunday.  More than 150 of you set out into our neighborhoods and communities to share the love of Christ in person, together:

You welcomed dozens and dozens of Soldiers with love and gratitude.

You broke bread with the homeless at 7 Bridges.

You worshiped with brothers and sisters in Christ at Iglesia El Rey De Gloria near Shepherd’s House.

You ministered to hurting teens through art-making.

You visited with the lonely and isolated.

You wrote letters to the persecuted.

You showed orphans God’s care through love notes.

You cleaned and tended and painted and fixed at the Salvation Army.

One small act, one new relationship at a time, you made Christ a little more real to the people you touched. And the world is a little bit different now because you did.

But March into Missions isn’t over!  This Sunday is our Annual Mission Offering, which funds our mission partnerships throughout the year. Please prayerfully consider your financial investment in His Kingdom work through Eastminster missions, offer it this Sunday, and help this church continue to provide Christ’s care and rescue to a hurting world — whether it’s across the street or across the globe.
